Credit Application

Control Consultants, Inc. offers open credit to customers with good credit histories. To obtain open credit with CCI, please complete a credit application and fax or mail the credit application back to our office for processing. The standard credit application takes approximately one week to process while we check bank and trade references. Upon completion of the credit process you will be notified as to your status and, if approved, a credit limit will be assigned to your account. Our stand terms for all customers are Net 30 days.
